Directions
Shake well before using. Press applicator against the skin to release the flow of Ultra Muscle Rub. Apply evenly to affected areas. Do not over apply. Allow 15 minutes before covering with clothing. A transient warming and then cooling effect will occur and then dissipate. You may wrap a bandage over E2 Muscle Rub even though the FDA guidelines for "warning" indicates that a bandage should not be used. May be used up to four times daily.
